What this site does not do
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are served from my own server, not from Google or any other service.
Server logs
When you open the site, the hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany automatically stores information in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system, referrer URL. This data is not merged with other sources.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the site. Logs are deleted after 7 days. The server is located in Germany.
A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.
Contact by email
If you email me, I process what you send (email address, name, message content) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR when the request aims at a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is kept as long as needed to handle the request or as required by statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). An email to the address above is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
